Wellness Warehouse Green Living Store

Last week Thursday was the launch of Wellness Warehouse’s new Green Living Store in the Lifestyle Centre on Kloof Street. My, my, my! I was overly impressed by the offering of all the AMAZING products!! There was also a 10% discount on every single item for the duration of the evening, so you can imagine how I could have easily walked out with half the shop. But I didn’t. Sadly.

The atmosphere was relaxed and casual, while a live band entertained everyone with a few upbeat tunes. A highlight for me was also the cocktail bar where cute ‘movember-d’ barmen artfully mixed up some very tasty (and interesting!) concoctions. I had a Beetroot Martini. The oxymoron in it left me amused…

The canape’s were also very “Wellness”y with little fruit skewers, gluten-free mini quiches, marinated mushrooms topped with little Caprese salads and raw chocolate fudge (which was devilish!). There were also cute strawberries dressed to the nines in little ‘tuxedo’s’! The entire Wellness Warehouse team really put a great deal of effort into the event and even gave everyone a small Spekboom plant to take home as a gift. Bless their cotton socks 🙂

I caught u with Sharni– who looked positively dazzling in a flow-y summery green dress + wedges! and then spent much of the evening eating raw chocolate fudge and obsessing over Breaking Dawn with the affable Janine while we both ‘Oooohhh’ed and ‘Aaaaaaah’ed over all the cool products.

Have a look!

Everything in the store; shelves and light fittings etc is recycled
